- Hospitality, personnel very customer satisfaction oriented (family owned business) / The owner let us use her own computer and print our flight tickets - Internet / air conditionning / heating working perfectly - Nice view on an olive tree field and Napflio stronghold / Note: 2 superior rooms are with a private balcony - Very quiet and peaceful / Country side - Better stay there than in Napflio hotels / 5 minutes away from Napflio harbour by car - Large and recent rooms / good shower - Open air parking closed by a gate - Some games for the children
- Could be slightly difficult to find without a gps in the night (you should better use the coordinates to make sure you find it), however, from Nea Tirintha, there are green signs that clearly indicate the location of the hotel - No breakfast, but you can prepare your own one in the kitchens in the apartments or superior rooms (perfect for budget trips as well) - For the future, the presence of a swimming pool would be appreciable (but you can swim in Napflio waiting for it ;), no worry - You might hear some noise when people are talking loudly outside, however it is extremely quiet in comparison to all hotels available in Napflio and in Greece generally, and people generally do not speak outside during sleeping times, so it is OK: very good hotel

Clean and relaxing b&b, near to the center of the city.
Not easy to find. Furnitures should be improved.

Very friendly and helpful Hotel Manager. We enjoyed the piece & silence, but also the garden. The Hotel is well located in the vicinity of the city of Nafplion, not more then 10min. Drive.

Wonderful stay near major attractions. Conveniently located near Nafplio, Epidaurus, and Mycenae, making it easy to explore the beautiful Argolid region. the owner was very helpful, providing useful information about the area. the accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with all basic amenities. A peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Tricky to find initially, but easy to navigate once you become familiar with the roads. A car is necessary to access the nearby town and attractions.

Wonderfully kind staff and central to a number of attractions in the area! Gorgeous location in the midst of fields of olives!!
Unfortunately, the wifi was not really available in our room, but was accessible in the public areas. Also, a tiny bit hard to find coming from Napflio (especially at night) until you get the hang of it...

Guest house isolated in the country side, very quiet with big garden. Our studio was comfortable with a big terrace with great mountainside view. Small full equipped kitchen with large fridge. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Better to have a car and a GPS to find the place, very isolated in the country side. Pets are welcome and could be noisy as we had 2 ladies next our room with 2 big dogs... We love pets, but we like to sleep !

The best quality of the hotel has been the warm and dedicated welcome of Vicky, an excellent hostess who was very professional and helpful.
I guess it is a bit isolated in the urban country around Nafplio

We liked the location of Ktima Anastasia with the serene surroundings - the olive groves and the view of the mountainside.
A swimming pool would make it ideal.

Pleasant owner and pleasant countryside setting but also well located for spending time in the old town of Nafplion if you have a car. Good amenities.
